Service descriptions

We offer two ways to work with us. The details below describe each service. Service timing and billing dates are confirmed in the applicable order or written service agreement.

WF10 Comprehensive Analysis and Proposal

• A $899 one-time service.
• Comprehensive intake.
• One-hour phone consultation with our business AI consultant.
• A comprehensive written report and proposal for AI development and deployment.
• Implementation, subscriptions, and ongoing management are separately scoped and priced.
• Purchasing the analysis does not require purchasing implementation.

90 Day Jump Start

• A defined 90-day program priced at $14.85 per day for 90 days.
• Billed in three monthly payments of $445.50. Total: $1,336.50.
• A customer-owned Marblism account established with your explicit authorization.
• WF10 covers the first 90 days of the platform subscription.
• Agreed setup, deployment, management, support, and a day-90 progress report and review.
• Over 90 days, WF10 works with you to identify, implement, and fine-tune two or three AI applications that can make the biggest difference in your business.
• Platform capabilities and usage limits apply; unlimited usage is not promised.
• A quality website can be one of the priority applications, agreed during onboarding within Marblism's capabilities.

Scope, client responsibilities, and authorized account access

Each engagement follows an agreed scope. The client supplies accurate business information and the authorized access needed to complete the agreed work. A customer-owned platform account means an account established in your name; it does not mean ownership of the platform's underlying software. Approvals and human review remain necessary where we have agreed they apply.

Payment and additional work

Payments for our services are processed through Stripe. The 90 Day Jump Start is priced at $14.85 per day for 90 days, billed in three monthly payments of $445.50 (total $1,336.50) over the defined 90-day program. Any work beyond the agreed scope is separately scoped and priced. Applicable written service terms and statutory rights govern cancellations, refunds, and billing questions; please contact us to discuss any of these.

Third-party platforms and their limitations

Our services use platforms such as HighLevel and Marblism. The platform providers retain ownership of their software and services, and their capabilities and usage limits apply to what we build. We do not guarantee platform features, availability, or results beyond what the provider supports. Connected third-party services have their own applicable terms, which we encourage you to review.

AI limitations and human oversight

AI tools support useful parts of your work, but they do not replace human judgment. We do not guarantee savings, revenue, rankings, or specific business outcomes. Where we have agreed that human review or approval applies, that review remains necessary.

WF10 SMS Messaging Terms

After you explicitly opt in, WORKFORCE10, a Birmingham Publishers brand, may send text messages about your inquiries, appointment coordination, service updates, and customer support. Promotional messages are sent only where you have provided consent for that purpose.

Message frequency varies based on your requests, service activity, and the messaging program you join. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to unsubscribe. You may receive one final confirmation of your opt-out. To receive messages again, complete the applicable opt-in process.

Consent to text messages is not a condition of purchase. Providing your phone number or purchasing a service does not automatically enroll you in marketing messages.

Website hosting and continuation

The included website is built on and hosted by Marblism and tied to your Marblism account. Continued website operation depends on keeping an active Marblism subscription that supports it. We do not promise website availability after a subscription is canceled, or that the website can be moved to another host.
