WF10 is an AI business consulting and implementation company. WORKFORCE10 is a Birmingham Publishers brand. We help businesses select, customize, implement, and manage AI solutions that save time and reduce repetitive work.

Information you provide

When you reach out through our contact form, by phone, or during onboarding, you may share details such as your name, business, email address, phone number, and a description of the help you're looking for. When you purchase a service, we receive the information needed to process your order and communicate with you about it. As we begin work together, you may also share business information and the authorized access needed to set up and manage the agreed services.

How we use information

We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, prepare for and deliver the services you request, administer your account, and support you as a customer. A general contact inquiry or a purchase is a request for information and service; it is not treated as consent to receive ongoing marketing messages.

Service providers

To deliver agreed services, we work with platform providers such as HighLevel and Marblism. Where we need access to your accounts or systems, we do so with your authorization and only as needed to complete the agreed work. Payments are processed through Stripe. We do not store your full payment-card details; card information is handled by Stripe under its own security standards.

Connected third-party services have their own applicable terms and privacy policies. We encourage you to review them. Relying on those services does not remove WF10's responsibility for the work we agree to handle on your behalf.

SMS consent and mobile information

If you explicitly opt in to WF10 text messages, we use your mobile number and consent information to send the types of messages described when you opt in. These may include responses to inquiries, appointment coordination, service updates, and customer support. Marketing messages require consent appropriate to that purpose.

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent are not shared for another party's independent use. Providers that help deliver our text messages may process this information solely to provide that service on our behalf.

Providing a phone number, submitting an inquiry, or purchasing a service does not by itself constitute consent to marketing text messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may withdraw SMS consent by replying STOP. For additional messaging details, see our Terms of Service.

Website technical information and cookies

Our website and connected services may process technical information such as your IP address, browser and device information, and pages visited to operate, protect, and troubleshoot the website. Cookies and similar technologies may support website functionality. You can manage cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect how the website works.

AI receptionist interactions

When you call WF10, you may speak with our AI receptionist. Information you choose to share is used to answer your questions, coordinate follow-up, and support requested services.
